The Front Runner “Pack” is a progression from the Junior Development Squad.
To ensure quality, entry to “The Pack” is by application only (*). It is a squad for committed emerging athletes 13-16 years competing consistently at Athletics & Triathlon events at State; National or International level. The squad includes multiple current state and national championship medallists across athletics distances 800m- Cross Country and Aquathon/Triathlon events.
Coaches are Perth’s leading MD/LD coaching team of Raf Baugh & Ben Green.
WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE:
- Tuesday Speed 5.30pm-6.55pm WA Athletics Stadium, Mt Claremont* Coach Baugh
- Thursday Intervals 5.30pm-6.45pm Lake Monger (Dodd Street end). Coach Green
- Saturday (alternating weeks)
- Hills 8.00am-9.15am Kings Park. Coach Green
- Threshold & Vlax Max 6.30am- 7.45am Perry Lakes Skate Park. Coach Baugh
