Threshold Thursday is all about increasing your Anaerobic Threshold, a key predictive of running performance in distances 3km- Marathon & triathlons sprint- IRONMAN. 

Run Club Threshold sessions suit all levels of recreational runner and include both interval and fartlek style training with a full warm up plus stretches, drills & strides.
