This training pass is valid for all group sessions each week and can be used for attendance at any Front Runner Run Club group training sessions.
The Run Club is the perfect group training option for runners of all ages and abilities looking for greater fitness; first time achievements or PB attainment at your preferred races.

- Wednesday-6k or 10k Community run (FREE- all welcome)
5.30pm for 5.45pm start 6k or 10k The Running Centre 1273 Hay St, West Perth
- Thursday- Threshold Intervals
6am Dodd St, Lake Monger
- Friday-4k or 8k Lake Laps Community run (FREE- all welcome)
6am Front Runner HQ Harborne St Wembley
