This training pass is valid for all group sessions each week and can be used for attendance at any Front Runner Run Club group training sessions.

- 6am Dodd St, Lake Monger (Winter May-Sep)
- Tuesday- Vo2 max
- 5.30pm WA Athletics Stadium
- Wednesday- 6k or 10k easy or steady run (FREE)
- 5.30pm for 5.45pm start 6k or 10k easy run (FREE)
- Thursday- Threshold Intervals
- Friday- 4k or 8k Lake Laps easy or steady run (FREE)
- 6am Front Runner HQ Harborne St Wembley
