We welcome new members to trial your first 7 days of unlimited FRESH Women’s only group sessions for FREE led by Front Runner’s female coaching team of Abby Dixon (B.Sc Physio) & Jane Davis (PhD Philosophy). Both coaches have extensive experience in assisting Women to achieve their health, fitness and performance goals in a fun & friendly training squad.
Weekly Training Schedule
Tempo Intervals: Running Centre- 1273 Hay Street West Perth (Sep 1st- April 30th)
Endurance: Lake Monger- Meet at hut near Dodd St carpark at Lake Monger (May 1st-Aug 31st)
Threshold Intervals: The Running Centre (1273 Hay Street West Perth) (Sep 1st- April 30th)
Intervals: Lake Monger- Meet at hut near Dodd St carpark at Lake Monger (May 1st-Aug 31st)
- Friday FREE for all. 6am Front Runner HQ- 2/182 Harborne St
6am Front Runner HQ- Any pace walk; jog or run. 1 or 2 laps of Lake Monger then coffee at Modus
Important note about this membership: A fee of $100 will be charged on a 4-weekly basis once 7 day free trial period has ended. Membership may be cancelled by customer prior to free trial ending.
