Join the #frontrunnertrained team as we complete our HBF specific set.

Half Marathoners will complete 3 by 5k with final effort as the parkrun. Warm Up 6am (Half Marathoners >1hr 45min; 6.20am Half Marathoners <1hr45min & >1hr15min; 6.40am (12k runners & Half <1.15)

12k runners and non racers will complete 2 by 5k with second 5k effort as the parkrun with a warm up start time of 6.40am

Warm up= 15min jog then stretches/drills
