The Front Runner Junior Endurance squad train year round & has proven over the past decade to be WA’s premier training squad for boys and girls aged 10-15 years aiming to reach their potential in middle & long distance running and triathlon.

WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Tuesday Speed 5.30pm-6.45pm WA Athletics Stadium, Mt Claremont*
Thursday Intervals 5.30pm-6.45pm Lake Monger (Dodd Street end)
Saturday Hills & Core 7.00am-8.30am Front Runner HQ (Harborne St, Wembley)
