2025 FRESH Women's Running Membership $100 4/weeks

This pass allows access to unlimited FRESH Women’s only group sessions led by Front Runner’s female coaching team of Abby Dixon (B.Sc Physio) & Jane Davis (PhD Philosophy).

Both coaches have extensive experience in assisting Women to achieve their health, fitness and performance goals in a fun & friendly training squad. The FRESH community itself is fun, friendly and inclusive.

Weekly Training Schedule 

    • Monday 6am- 7am
      • Endurance: Running Centre- 1273 Hay Street West Perth (Sep 1st- April 30th)
      • Endurance:
      • Dodd St, Lake Monger (Meet at hut near lakeside of kids playground) (May 1st-Aug 31st)
    • Wednesday 6am- 7am
      • Intervals: The Running Centre (1273 Hay Street West Perth) (Sep 1st- April 30th)
      • Intervals: Dodd St, Lake Monger (Meet at hut near lakeside of kids playground) (May 1st-Aug 31st)                                                                                         
    • Friday 6am- 7am FREE (All welcome. No pass or membership needed)
      • 4k or 8k (1 or 2 lap) Easy or Steady Laps Lake Monger followed by coffee at Modus. Meet Front Runner HQ- 2/182 Harborne St
