This pass allows access to unlimited FRESH Women’s only group sessions led by Front Runner’s female coaching team of Abby Dixon (B.Sc Physio) & Jane Davis (PhD Philosophy).
Both coaches have extensive experience in assisting Women to achieve their health, fitness and performance goals in a fun & friendly training squad. The FRESH community itself is fun, friendly and inclusive.

- Wednesday 6am- 7am
- Intervals: The Running Centre (1273 Hay Street West Perth) (Sep 1st- April 30th)

- Friday 6am- 7am FREE (All welcome. No pass or membership needed)
- 4k or 8k (1 or 2 lap) Easy or Steady Laps Lake Monger followed by coffee at Modus. Meet Front Runner HQ- 2/182 Harborne St
