Led by Zac Born (B.Sc Hons, S+C Coach) this session is for 13-17 year olds and combines an endurance run of 20-40min (age based) followed by a series of mobility and strength and conditioning exercises to improve athletic development. Equally suited to sprinters and endurance athletes
