The Front Runner Marathon pace runs are part of our specific preparation for the upcoming Spring Marathon season.

These runs are an opportunity to fine tune your race day preparation, including: consuming your planned pre race meal, using in-race fuel & hydration and wearing your race day gear. An aid station will be set up to access water plus your personal fuel/hydration - please BYO.

Session Details:
- Meet Deep Water Point boat ramp (south of Dome Cafe) @ 6.00am 
- 10-20min W/U + Stretch/Drills
- 6.30am kick-off: 4 x (6km @ goal Marathon pace, 1km float) 
- 10-20min C/D
